Great in the Outside but need to improve the Fundamental - Senior Executive Honda Employee Review

A lot. My opinion, the business is great as the design or product was not develop by the organization as it was taken from its parent. Other than that, as an employer HMSB is far behind from the market especially on the operational processes, career development, working culture and mindset. There are to many people that has long service period as they stays at the company and not leaving especially people in Malacca HQ. These kind of people has conventional mindset and was not readily open to changes either in digital wave or new management style as per market practice. The long processes for approval for each project results to delay and wasting time. The working hour is also ridiculous. Understand that 10 hours per day might be necessary for production or manufacturing people, but this is irrelevant for support group or other operational division. The people seriously misunderstood the word of "Equality".
