      Great reputation in industry. Great leadership. Large organization. Locations in many different cities and countries - moving around the world is easy.

      Large organization can be a con, too. Sometimes the different businesses don't necessarily talk to each other or communicate effectively

      Pros

      My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

      Cons

      No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
