Pros

Very welcoming and motivated people, calm and rational leadership. Well organized repositories for process and knowledge management, which has eased onboarding and training. Overall very competitive compensation package. Frequent and clear communication from upper management to whole company. Proactive and productive adoption of AI tools for many processes, saving employee time on administrivia. Global, diversified company means lots of potential career paths and opportunities.

Cons

The usual HR and IT onboarding issues, which were typically resolved quickly. The organizational structure of the company and how individuals may be "dotted line" allocated all over the place can make it difficult to know who owns what pieces of a project or process, but some of this is part of being a large, matrixed company. Many processes are "high inertia" as a result. Choice of health plans in most areas is limited to HDHP networks, which may not be the best choice for many people. Not a lot of visible diversity in upper management.

Pros

Strong customer base, talented employees, and opportunities to grow your career. Honeywell gives you exposure to complex technical challenges across multiple industries while providing the resources and support needed to be successful. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and there is no shortage of opportunities for those willing to take on additional responsibility

Cons

Frequent organizational changes can create additional meetings, reporting requirements, and administrative work. As the company continues to evolve, balancing internal processes with customer-facing priorities can sometimes be challenging. Long travel schedules can also impact work-life balance for field-based employees.
