I think they're faking the positive reviews - Software Engineer HookLogic Employee Review

Hello - Thank you for your review. I am writing as the Head of Human Resources for HookLogic. While I appreciate your honest feedback I am very disappointed that this was your experience. We expect the best from our employees…both in work performance and in upholding a respectful culture. I am appalled that these are things you may have witnessed, overheard or were exposed to in one way or another. We have always made it a point to respond swiftly and decisively to the issues like the ones you point out: racial insensitivity, sexist remarks, harassment or bullying. HookLogic does not support these views. They are unfortunately real issues in today's workplace and we take them very seriously. If your concerns were brought to my attention this would have been investigated and if proven, those responsible would have been summarily terminated. We’ve been growing rapidly and we’ve put a lot of measures in place to support our employees and ensure open lines of communication. However, we do recognize that sometimes certain issues don’t always come to light. We will continue to work hard at identifying those issues sooner rather than later. Still, I want you to know that you can contact me directly if you have any concerns that were unaddressed during your employment at HookLogic.
