      Pros

      The company had a great company culture and excellent benefits. The sales team was doing great during the pandemic. Team meetings were really fun and uplifting. The product was fun to sell.

      Cons

      The company overshot its GTM team growth and had two big rounds of layoffs. After the layoffs, the CEO moved to Switzerland and became one of the youngest billionaires.
