      - Misalignment between hiring decisions and actual client demand created role instability from the start. - Limited transparency into pipeline health and how it directly impacts resourcing for current and future teams, - Reactive vs. proactive workforce planning, especially during periods of shifting client retention & team leaders. - Internal communication around business performance and strategic direction needs to be solidified.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Laid back work environment and positive energy around the company. Most employees are very happy here. Great work/life balance. Privately owned and the owner genuinely cares about his employees. Pay is average, but the culture, work/life balance and Hybrid work makes it a place to want to stay around.

      Cons

      Being a privately owned company, the direction of the company can change like the wind so people who are looking for a place that has a concrete future plan, this may not be the place, but that is similar in most media companies. Once the company experienced its first "down" couple of years, it stopped giving out bonuses even when finances improved. A lot of company runs in a Ad-Hoc way so things can be totally different from group to group.
