After seven years, I have no pros to even mention.
Cons
You will be treated poorly. There is absolutely no respect. Will work you to death. The only way to move up is to be in the "in" crowd or kiss major butt. HR doesn't keep confidential things confidential. It was just a very stressful place to work. Stay away.
