      Great communication with peers and your managers, opportunities to work with the US logistics industry, remote opportunities guaranteed with full equipment.

      Cons

      Slow way to build a career under any account possibly due to the fact that you are only needed for the tasks requested and no position above to overtake. Accounts range from smallest to largest, but your chances to get proper vacation days are not guaranteed the same for each account.

      Pros

      Continuous growth. Always improving products and services. Genuinely care about their employees. Family type atmosphere. Everybody is willing to help any way possible, never have had an "every man for himself" type of moment. Products and Services unique to the industry, gratification in knowing you are making an impact.

      Cons

      After being here 10 months I still don't have any cons about Hubtek. I left a 10+ year career in freight brokerage to come here, everything has been completely different and such a breath of fresh air starting with the ownership and the culture that has been built.
