      You’re made to handle literally everything; while this sounds daunting initially, it also means that eventually you acquire a reasonable level of knowledge in almost every aspect of construction

      Cons

      Pressure. Work pressure to deliver is tremendous. 6 day working week for sites.

      There are some Good seniors; very supportive. From them you can learn a lot. But then there are few very senior people who torture you even though you haven’t made any mistake; make you forget your worth for a while; it depends whom you are reporting to. Good hike at joining
