1. (Fresher)If you are asking help to team members they won't even care or help just simply complain about you 2. You told to work only in frontend they don't care wheather you are python developer or backend developer 3. If testing team reaching out development team means there should be a bug or something else but the experienced partiality ppls don't even reply to them 4. They don't even care wheather you work for hours or anything no appreciation 5. If you ask about compensation they just ignore you or just say bye byee 6. They can easily replace you after you done soo much work
