I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hudson Data (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jan 2020
Interview
Now I know both sides. So, hiring is mostly automated. The moment you apply to the job 90% changes are that you'll get a link for "minicog rapid assessment battery" (mrab) test link. If you complete it, will get a mail stating if you’re still in consideration. Passing criteria is too high for this test, which is actually bad for the company itself. Only10-15% applications are available for human interaction. One technical interview followed by HR.

Question 1
They only ask what you are claiming to have knowledge of in your resume.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hudson Data (Salem, Tamil Nadu) in May 2021
Interview
First round is Online Aptitude test to check our abilities with a series of 9 tasks and some questions to check interpersonal skills. Immediately after completion of the test , within 2 minutes, received mail from the company saying that am not selected. Not sure on what basis they are selecting though I have confident that I did correctly for more than 90% of the questions. Spent almost 1:30 hrs to complete the exam, I think they are simply wasting our time.
