Pros
It has quite flexible working hours so long as you staying at the office for 4-6 hours. Also, the colleagues are supportive to each other not only in work, but also in life. The trainings are good, covering from technical, management and even first-aid skills.
Cons
It's a bit slow progress when delivering new products/services due to some mutual trusts weren't fully established between R&D and product team.
