Pros
There are some really great, talented and dedicated individuals that still work here despite the challenges. Opportunities for learning if you're able to navigate the dysfunction.
Cons
The company suffers from a toxic culture created and perpetuated by leadership. There is a severe lack of trust and transparency, particularly around the financial state of the company. Decisions are made behind closed doors, leaving employees uncertain and anxious about the company's future. The company acquired well-established companies but failed to integrate them successfully. Instead of leveraging these acquisitions to strengthen the business, the leadership team’s lack of vision and experience has led to the destruction of once-great companies. The overall strategy seems to be a reactive, copy-cat approach. The company has no clear direction of its own and has tried (unsuccessfully) to emulate other businesses without understanding their successes. This lack of authenticity and strategy only leads to confusion and poor execution. Despite the talent that remains, the company is plagued by poor leadership, constant shifting priorities, and a general lack of clear direction. The morale of the team continues to decline as employees realize the leadership team is more focused on posturing than them as employees. If you value your well-being and mental health, do yourself a favor and avoid working here. The environment will leave you frustrated, disillusioned, and regretting the decision to join.
