Senior leadership is abysmal with no ability to adapt, learn new information, or strategize effectively. Leaders choose willful ignorance over admitting mistakes, while readying to point their fingers towards their underlings. This company makes underfunded startups appear functional. It is incredible to imagine that Humana is a multibillion dollar company with the never ending displays of sheer incompetence and ignorance by its leaders.
