Terrible health insurance -- they should be ashamed of themselves! They do not value their people -- they treat them as commodities. Right Source is on its way to becoming another Express Scripts. Got very tired of the General Manager gushing about how well we're doing when many of us have not seen a raise for years. They just give a lot of lip service about "engagement" and "retention," but in the end, don't really care. I was a good employee. I did good work for this company. I was treated like dirt and set up to fail. I think the health care industry is nothing but a racket, and I'm glad I'm out of it! I got tired of wasting my life and finally left. DON'T WORK HERE!
