The company gives management all of the control. When you have a crazy, spiteful, racist, evil manager you’re career is stunted. There is no way around it. I’ve seen this manager in particular, prey on people, and ruin their career. Plus the work is grueling! With no actual office, they have you in the streets begging for customers. The network is terrible not many doctors participative.
