I’m so disappointed - Outbound Representative Humana Employee Review

It seems as though I was lied to throughout the process and I hate that I turned down two other job offers for this position. The day before starting my father passed and i came to work. The bereavement leave time, even though I only took a day was not paid. Though I was told it would be, then I was advised that I should have received three days. Now it’s a big run around from no one responding. If you are in acw more than a minute you’ll get a quick message then though.
