      Equipment is provided. You get full time hours and okay pay., which is about it.

      Cons

      Equipment problems all the time. Training goes fast. No time off. They off 3% off your check for retirement without asking, no match until 2nd year. High turnover Micromanagement Not good work/life balance is high stress
