      Able to work from home

      Cons

      Rates for everything, bad management, excessive overtime, black out months during holidays were you can’t request time off, and you feel like a robot every time you answer the phone the same way.

      Remote, decent benefits, PTO/holiday pay.

      Cons

      Glued to your desk. Decreasing benefits and increasing work demands. No ability to pivot or move outside of the role. Career development has to be done off the clock except CEU’s.
