      Flexible, Work-at-home position, once a month staff meetings, good benefits, mileage reimbursement, good coworkers, great members.

      Cons

      Supervisors and managers do not provide support, constant change of process, no work/life balance, mgmt does not hold themselves or coworker accountable for their work which creates more work for others.

      Managment can not get out of thier own way. So much waiste. The only reason the firm does so well is that its competition is as bad as they are.
