Great Benefits and the company really cares about your overall well being. You also get to work with some pretty awesome/intelligent people
Cons
Like with all big companies things move slowly. It seems like more time is spent debating about what to do rather than actually doing something. Sometimes I feel like upper management can never make a decision and stick with it. Our projects and direction changes on a seemingly weekly basis
