Pros
No company is perfect, but here are the factors that makes Humedical an ideal working environment for many: Good pay, good and understanding colleagues and bosses. My previous companies have none of that. Training of products is taken seriously. The turnover rate is low. more than 50% of staffs have worked there more than 10 years. 3 of them has worked there for more than 20 years. 2 resigned previously but recently returned to Humedical because they trust the bosses. If you enjoy studying about human anatomy, but failed to be a doctor, you will love this job.
Cons
Surgical industry is one of the toughest medical industries out there. in terms of work timing and pressure. Surgery is a 24/7 industry. People could get sick and accident anytime. The good bosses, managers and colleagues make this difficult job even more enjoyable. Ultimately, which job is easy? No such thing as easy job. Trust me, Humedical is not so bad. I have heard of bad stories from much bigger surgical companies in terms of crazy work timing and crazy work pressure, to an extent that there is no off day at all throughout the whole week.
