Honestly I can't think of any.

Cons

1. Totally no work life balance, you will get activated randomly anytime. 2. If you can't make it or so, they like to gulit trip you. 3. Expect you to be on standby but no case allowance and not allowed to time off for after office hours and weekends you worked. 4. Shortage of delivery manpower, every week suppor/ sales staff EXPECT to help with deliveries. 5. Refused to accept suggestions 6. Internal backend staff politics causing function handicap 7. Bad delegate manpower causing daily poor arrangement of case support.

Pros

The CEO is the best person to work for, ever. Caring, compassionate, generous. Team work is the best! (not perfect, but the best I've seen) Your efforts are seen and compensated for, I have been very well taken care of. Your voice is also heard, any challenges that you face you can ask anyone, including the CEO.

Cons

Flat-lined; no career progression. Work-life balance is not the best. Work load is heavy! Because of the industry, not because of the company.
