We’re working alongside some of the most formidable talent in the industry, yet there’s a genuine culture of BElonging and a level of transparency that is frankly unheard of. Every teammate here has a real opportunity to put their personal stamp on the company’s legacy. When I interviewed, I assumed it was "too good to be true" and kept waiting for the catch. I’m still waiting. I know being on the People team makes this look like I’m cooking the books—I’m not. This is just my honest experience of a very special culture.
