      Pros

      - Founders and C-level are super focused on their employees' wellbeing and making sure that we do what's right by our people internally but also by our customers externally. - Open culture. No fear of retribution for asking certain spicy questions or challenging what's the norm. - Huntress products are super well respected and trusted in the industry. Internally the appreciation is felt and drives everyone to keep doing what's right. - Great pay and benefits. - Fully remote w/ 1-2 in person company meetups/summits per year.

      Cons

      - Fast growing company. Some growing pains in terms of processes and communication but I personally thrive in those environments. Huntress hiring lots of supporting roles to help scale the business and make lives easier with improved tools and staff to help create the pathways needed.
