The security dept is also great. Our leadership from ELT to non ELT members genuinely cares about everyone in our dept. We’re working alongside some of the most formidable talent in the industry, yet there’s a genuine culture of BElonging and a level of transparency that is frankly unheard of. Every teammate here has a real opportunity to put their personal stamp on the company’s legacy. When I interviewed, I assumed it was "too good to be true" and kept waiting for the catch. I’m still waiting. I know being on the People team makes this look like I’m cooking the books—I’m not. This is just my honest experience of a very special culture.
