managers are actively working to help you, i noticed it from day 1. everyone is friendly, no one talks bad about people, which is a big plus from my last job. i could definitly see myself working here for years. (lots of people at the company for 10-20 years + too which is a good sign) employees have opportunities for growth or to transfer to other departments because of the size of the company which is awesome. flexibility for your career growth or action plans. Visible improvements are seen from year to year and the business keeps growing which is cool to be a part of, especially in the tech world. great perks like cake day every month and summer bbq parties :)
Cons
some managers are harder to get in touch with because they're so busy! cafeteria food is a bit expensive but better than starving if you forget your lunch.
