Pros
The company culture is outstanding. From Day 1 you will be treated as a valued member of the IAB family. In my experience, I was always able to ask questions and get help whenever needed. The management team is very willing to carefully go over your specific assignments so you could truly understand what is expected of you and the tools you'll use to perform the work. The office is full of friendly coworkers too and are some of the most genuine and positive people I have met. The hybrid work schedule allows you flexibility to be home some days and in the office others, which for me was an outstanding perk and created a nice work-life balance. There is incredible room for growth at this company as well. I started as an assistant AR Analyst and quickly made my way into an AR Analyst role after only a few short months. The office will also hold events like holiday parties which really allows you to get to know your colleagues and build your network.
