      Pros

      Manager in Clarks Summit office was great! Very knowledgeable, involved and great attitude. Made it a great work enviroment.

      Cons

      Corporate.-Upper Management. Should be more involved with employees and treat everyone equally.

      Pros

      Schedule was decent, proximity to home was nice.

      Cons

      Management likes to talk down at you, and they is a great deal of favoritism. Rules only apply to those who aren't welcomed into inner circle. Our office has an employee who sleeps daily, others who use personal cellphones non stop, and another who takes endless breaks to their liking. All which is known to management who turns their back and says employees need to deal with it because they don't like confrontation. The ethics violations as well as overlooked health code violations are disturbing.

      Pros

      Manager in the Scranton area clarksummit office was upbeat and great to work for. Her main focus was accuracy and client interest, but she made the work environment light and fun and was never afraid to get herself involved and assist whenever needed. The work wasnt too difficult and her directive made it that much easier. At the time of employment the commute was reasonable and I did like the hours and some what flexibility schedule wise.

      Cons

      The number 1 con and flaw in the company is Upper management. Pay Could be better which was part of the reason I left to seek a better opportunity.
