Terrible company - Corrporate IBI Group Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are saddened to hear that this was your experience at IBI. What you described in not something that we support or condone. Employee wellbeing and teamwork are things that we highly value and our goal is to have all of our employees feel like they can attain a comfortable work-life balance regardless of the fact that we operate within an industry known for its tight deadlines. Our HR Team’s priority is to partner with the company and management to ensure that employees feel valued, supported and heard. We did in fact introduce an RRSP matching program in response to employee feedback. Although you are no longer with IBI, your input is appreciated, and we will continue to work to ensure going forward that we are providing the highest level of service to our employees.
