We regret to see that you had a negative experience at IBISWorld, as we strive to create a culture where those who work hard and achieve their targets can thrive. We’re glad that you felt fairly paid and learned transferable skills – we are big proponents of training our staff. On that note, we also spend considerable resources to train our managers, so we will look at the management issues you mention to ensure that we are providing appropriate support in all areas. That said, one of the primary tenets of our culture is earned opportunity. Our managers are chosen based on technical skills, ability to learn our management role and desire to help others. If we’ve been unclear on how managers have been chosen, we will strive to do a better job communicating that in the future.
