On that note, we also spend considerable resources to train our managers, so we will look at the management issues you mention to ensure that we are providing appropriate support in all areas. That said, one of the primary tenets of our culture is earned opportunity. Our managers are chosen based on technical skills, ability to learn our management role and desire to help others.
