Some departments and their leaders are really nice. They would really help you grow and work in alignment with organisation goals. Opportunity to travel.
Cons
Hire and fire system. Exceptionally smart people are not required. Marketing department is worst. Least interested in quality of work. Only looks for people who will bow and are ready to get insulted as per wish. If you are someone who is mediocre and ready to sacrifice self respect you can work well in this dept!
