Pros
- So many opportunities to advance into different roles laterally or upward with all the different business units - I’ve found the culture to be friendly and collaborative starting at the top level of management - Stable company; haven’t seen much restructuring in my time here. Strong balance sheet
Cons
- To advance quickly, you’ll likely have to be willing to move - Decentralized nature can leave some business units falling behind especially if they don’t ask for help (speaking to finance function — unsure about other departments)
