Pros

- Great backbone (training, onboarding, etc.) - Great at meeting often in web calls with coworkers frequently when remote - a good core group of employees that have been there since the beginning so have a good bit of historical knowledge to lean on

Cons

- very high expectations with no runway to achieve and develop. It is all about the numbers wanted yesterday and not what you're building. - team meeting every single day to review sales numbers with expectations that movement happens daily - they promise the role as your oyster when interviewing but don't follow through with anything once hired - core group of employees with long term tenure gives a false sense of employer commitment to people - from Day 1 you realize that nobody has your back, not even your direct manager.

Pros

Supportive co-workers and direct managers who get it Some flexibility with the hybrid schedule, though leadership still places a strong emphasis on in-office Complimentary lunch provided on Wednesdays Modern technology stack with engaging and meaningful projects

Cons

Unrealistic delivery expectations driven by aggressive timelines and a strong emphasis on rapid execution Leadership introduced AI-assisted development tools, which has at times created expectations that complex projects can be completed much faster than is realistically sustainable Many team members are experiencing burnout due to the pace and workload demands Product leadership is highly ambitious and often commits to a broad range of requests, which can create prioritization and resource challenges
