Pros

Remote work. You get a check.

Cons

The company has no concept of employee retention and advancement. Very high turnover. Management is blinded by greed and selfishness. It is a culture that does not value hard work, trust, integrity or honesty. There is no company with more discrimination, harassment, bulling in USA. It starts from the top management. Salary increases and bonuses are reserved for friends and relatives of the management and "yes" people. Too many employees are underpaid. Unlimited PTO is a scam. It is unbelievable how far the new management will go to minimize what you do.

Pros

Worked with some great teammates and a Sales VP who was fair and transparent.

Cons

The sales organization is has been continuously run by leadership serving their own career goals and/or without sales experience. The previous Growth Officer was brought in to support the brining in of a new PE firm and set unrealistic goals and expectations both to the new firm and sales reps. When she left, the CEO’s friend, who was over Customer Success, was moved over. Once the new PE firm was in, layoffs ensued because the staff size could not be maintained. Quotas were unrealistic with a bloated sales team and small territories. Deals were created that represented white space, but were positioned to look like real opportunities. Actual deals were lost because sales reps were pushed to be overly aggressive to get deals done, for products that did not provide value. Overall, the basic product that is sold with a new EHR sale is required, but the upsell products are not desired and are overpriced for the limited value they offer. Also, they can only be sold into one major EHR, because of a host of issues with the solutions for the other two. My advice to sales reps is to look elsewhere.

Pros

-Not a demanding environment -Friendly people -Free snacks This is probably an ok first job, but not a place to stay if you have skills that could be applied elsewhere.

Cons

-Undefined career path -Unstable staffing and teams -No real direction or strategy -Not using latest or common technology or business practices -Managers don't seem experienced--unprofessional practices and bad direction (software engineering is the worst case example) Overall, IMO feels like they are just making stuff. There isn't much reasoning in why they make the choices they make. The technology used is outdated and used in really convoluted ways. The only "experts" seem to be in the terminology side of the business. Everyone else just seems like they don't know what they are doing. They don't seem to understand their customers that well either.
