Pros

An interesting insight into how traffic related news is generated for British roads.

Cons

Whenever complaints come from clients and broadcasters, management is more concerned with securing their own positions and usually shifts blame onto editors in the pursuit of this. No sense of ownership of duties, very disorganised in regards to what we are supposed to do as editors, no clear ruling or understanding in relation to editors job role. Expectations and requirements change too often usually at the request of management and will back track frequently and contradict themselves. Leaving frustration amongst editors. No general leadership qualities are shown. Instead of encouraging new team members to understand the job role they are practically bullied. Condescending and patronising behaviour is evident, rude and aggressive management style. Staff are treated like robots. Good work is never praised. Nil career progression.
