      Pros

      INTEGRIS is a great company to work for. For the most part, the leaders are great and lead with intention creating a positive culture. First place I've worked in while that doesn't give me the Sunday scaries.

      Cons

      Like most place there are bad eggs who work out of ego instead of in alignment with the organization's values.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
