Professional Development Plans to strategize your growth within the system. INTEGRIS Leadership Institute: the place to hone leadership skills. The ability to move within the system to other jobs/departments/locations. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Nothing against the system, but traffic can be a beast outside!

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
