      Leadership is focused on building the new. Great people with strong values. Good pay. I have been fortunate to have good leadership. Very strong brand in OKC.

      Cons

      In the midst of a major culture shift. Lots of leadership changes over the last several months has impact on moral. Major cost cutting efforts underway means folks are being asked to do more with less. Benefits.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      I don’t have any! It is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
