Pros
I've had the pleasure of working with some amazingly talented people here. Generally, IT as a whole is very cohesive and most departments work very well with one another. Managers look out for their own and will fight for their team, which is refreshing. If you're wanting to learn, the opportunity to take on projects is very much available. It was a great place to grow, both technically and personally.
Cons
Executive Leadership rarely has meaningful communication with the rest of the organization, and what communication they do have is done very poorly. The past 8 months were more or less them fumbling around and pretending to listen to the concerns of the staff, and then feign surprise when talent started leaving. There's no real IT vision at the moment, just C-Level buzzwords on slide shows. Very difficult to get a raise worth anything. For an engineer with my experience, I was underpaid for the majority of my tenure. Most employees had to line a job offer up in order to get the salary they met their level of qualification.
