      My pod, the teamwork between MA's. There aren't a ton of benefits in this company worth bragging about.

      Cons

      Doctors dont approach their employees and do not consider time management important. Lunches are far and few. There is not any employee appreciation from the company.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      It's a large company so there are a lot of resources for you to succeed, especially if you are in a clinical role. Their pay is great.

      Cons

      PTO policy is terrible - no paid holidays but they force you to use PTO on holidays where the corporate office is closed. They are constantly doing hiring then layoffs.
