Good salary, if you are in the right position. Less work if you are of non color.
Cons
To get in right position, you either need to be a girl/aged with any experience in the company in any position/contact with the right person (doesn't care if you are qualified better for the position) Eg. If you are a engineer with mechanical background with 3 years experience in the company and the other guy with 4 year experience but an hospitality major or even a chef. They will hire the guy with hospitality/chef experience to be a technician. Let's say you are colored person and your co worker is not. You are doing your duties, but your co worker isn't. Because he is entitled. So they will ask as help to cover their work by you without any benefit for you. Or let's say you are colored person working as a technician and non colored as an operator just below your position. Let's say they didn't have enough operators to run the operation at high yield. They will ask you to go cover the operator's work till they finish their lacking off, don't forget you have to do your duties as the technician also. As the non colored person can't help as he is not familiar with your job.
