      Cult approach by some managers. Brain washed.

      Pros

      Training, compliance, procedures, safety, etc. Good products and processes, profitable but no democracy as concentrated ownership.

      Cons

      Low pay, no pay increases or bonuses unless they have to. Obsessive cultural MBM management which is often misunderstood.

      This company is by-far the worst company I have ever worked for. The senior management actively encourages a bullying environment. If your ex-ICI, then your face fits. If not.. you're on your own! Be very careful with their employment contract - see recent UK High court case where the judge apparently declared the employees post-employment obligations so restrictive that they were deemed 'legally unenforceable'!
