Pros
Very dynamic work structure and team. There are many opportunities for personal and professional growth. The manager is very approachable and provides coaching for job development. I found a lot of meaning in my work because I was in the field and saw the good impact of our programmes on the beneficiaries and people in communities.
Cons
Sometimes the stress is not manageable because of the amount of work that needs to be done. The usual politicking in some departments but it can be avoided.
