Nice place - Assistant Manager IQ Channels Employee Review

5 days working as it is everywhere in IT field.

I have worked for less than a month as test engineer It have full BPO culture i.e. if you go to toilet and take 5 minute instead of 2 minutes they will surely asks you for this. Office Timing was 11 am to 8 pm but management expect you to be at 09:30 Am or at most 10 am. One day i came at 11:00 Am then also HR calls me and told :You came on 11 am in office but you will take at least 10-15 minutes to start your day here so send excuse mail to project manager. On 1st day itself, they told me to be finish your lunch before half an hour and again available on system,otherwise it will treated as half day.. This company is Muslim favored as they allow muslims to take 15-20 off to leave company and pray outside nearest Masjid on daily basis but will not allow any one to go outside for evening snacks. Also there is nothing to learn and they don't follow any process like test case writing or even defect logging system. They will treat you like labour. Also,they will fired you within 10 Minutes. Please don't even think to join this company.Better don't waste time for interview there

The senior management is beaaaaauuuuuuutiful very knowledgeable people, friendly and respectful to staff, they understand every problem and every concern put-forth by the employee, they always recognize the hard work being put forth. Im a fresher the kind of recognition and gratitude i have received for my hard work I truly am happy that I got affiliated with this organization. You will have every opportunity to excel and grow not just once in a while but every single day every idea(work related) is taken into consideration not a single one is ignored fun sessions are organized every now and then, no sort of pressure is put on the employees unless there is a bit of heavy work inflow. Team dinner is organized once every month Everything is so good about this company.
