I am an employee in that company when there startup the company @ 2012. There have earned good money with us and there increase team size with freshers. And for team there have given training with us. So once that jr. team get into form on work. Company have terminated one by one to sr. employees, Because everything can handle by jr. team and there started thinking that why we have to pay high salary for sr.team. So there have terminated for all sr.employees and there started work with jr.employees.

And main thing there have lot of caste feeling in that company. Company management is under Muslims. And there are giving muslim quota for jobs and if muslim will come for interview means he selected for that job for sure 100%.
Company has no moral values, no future planning. You may be hired this month and fired next month. They have fired people who were very loyal, who were there from the time the company started its operations and given their best for the company to grow.
