No need to work harder or smarter. You can organize the employee events without doing any work and stay in the job You don't need to have any technical skill set to work on IT department Management don't do anything even if you bullied
Cons
* stupid work allocation. Multiple people ended up doing the same work. They don't care. * If you ask valid question to the management and they critize you stating that you have attitude problem. * No career growth * Even if you willing to work , they don't support you. * Management people gain lot of salary and bonus by having you in the team.
