Excellent benefits including reimbursement for personal computer purchases. Worldwide presence and a wide variety of opportunities. Good working conditions.
Cons
As a large global company, Quintiles maintain a massive corporate bureaucracy that at times seems self-serving in that certain business practices do not seem to add value for its customers. Too many VPs - top heavy. They also love meetings.
