One of the largest companies in the world, with 75k employees worldwide, a myriad of different projects and spaces to work in and different people with whom to work. It's a very stable company, with little disruption from market flows. Most of the projects have a direct impact in people's lives.
Cons
IQVIA acquires a lot of companies, which then turn into different teams that work independently, which means that some of the company initiatives are either blocked or are not felt by the workers on those teams. There are a lot of cost cutting measures which impact the productivity and well being from the team.
